    someone has bought 10million dollars worth of stock in the past 2months at 495 to 505.

    It's probably more set in stone than most T/O's are. The chinese already hold 17%, they are getting a heap of cheap shares and they forced GDO to buy RU to scare off rival bidders.

    They wouldnt do all that just to backout last second.
