" Are we PLS holders expecting a "special divvy" BEFORE our normal March 2024 divvy? "

Maybe.
There has been a Capital Management Plan suggested by the BOD, but in my opinion it is not carved in stone and they may modify it or it may become a non-event, depending on the prevailing market conditions and other circumstances.

This is how I see the options in my opinion of course ;
1. special dividend only
2. share buyback only
3. a combination of 1 & 2, not necessarily at the same time.
4. none of the above.

In my view, I don't have any preference for any of the above options and I don't have an opinion of what the BOD should or should not do. They will have much information that we are not privy to in order to make the best decision for the company with a long term view which will ultimately be in the best interest of share holders.

So if it comes down to being option 4, I don't mind in the least as I know it will be for the best interest of PLS shareholders long term.
Let's wait and see.
