Honestly. Nobody is doubting manipulation occurs. Nobody on HC is benefiting unless you think paid downrampers are actively scouring the threads for unsuspecting retail punters with weak hands.
At the end of the day it is what it is. Just about every stock on HC has threads dedicated to shorters and all it shows is how psychologically tied investors are to ups and downs of the markets. Everyone needs a boogeyman to attack when their stock doesn't do what they had hoped or someone had told them.
Nobody is disputing right or wrong. It's legal and the events that are illegal are not enforced. Accept it. It's a waste of time to ponder fixing. I bought in 2022 when it dropped to $2 and I'm certainly not complaining. Shorters rarely get burned, despite what you read here.
Let's get on with the job of informing others and not dwell on the morality of the unknown. Green days are ahead if you're patient.
