Deadkick,
I saw their PES sales notices. They also have substantial holdings in NXS and AOE, although not seen any sale notices yet, and below the radar on WPL I guess.
They won't be orphans either. Probably does a lot to explain the extent of the dips in NXS and AOE as well.
