With respect, immediately suggesting people are talking "hype" is very much indicative of an attitude towards the stock even before you have conducted the slightest bit of research.

You appear to be asking a loaded question...one reflective of dismissal...when clearly you either do not understand, or do not have the capacity to understand what it going on here.

Better perhaps to reserve such dismissive comment for when we are better equipped to do so?

You are right to some extent however, there are "hyped" up posts on this thread...as there are on all threads from time to time...but I think one needs to be careful not to use too broad a brush with such accusations for fear of accusing all for the sake of a few.

As for the value here...I suggest you spend less time looking at the company structure, income and the like and more time investigating the technical nature of their likely commercial product range...you said yourself the web site seemed too focussed on the technical’s?

I fear you are not seeing the wood for the trees.

The "value" of such start up biotech’s, not unlike resource exploration companies, is less about the company and more about the asset...in KSX's case, potential lucrative market enhancing/replacement products.

The underlying value is always measured by what assets the company has...but the capacity for the company to realise it's full potential falls fair and square on the shoulders of management, so it is fair to say one needs to pay fair reference to this aspect in any due diligence.

So...in addressing your dismissal of this company and the markets recent interest; firstly, what can you tell us about their assets (products) and potential on a global scale and; secondly, what can you tell us about managements capacity to bring them to market to the benefit of shareholders?

When you have these answers, I suspect you will not have any more questions about "value".

In determining current price however, until their products are on the market and gaining a return for shareholders, "value" needs to measured according to various milestones being met...typical of any product on it's way to commercialisation.

We have just seen important milestone recently ticked off.

Work out the expected value at the end of a successful program to get it to market (after all milestones have been ticked off)...work out what stage they are at now in reference to this and likelihood further progression...and you might be able to arrive at a "current value" you feel happy with.

If that number is higher than the current price, then there is an argument to buy the stock, if it is not, then there is an argument to sell it.

Until one has done this most basic value assessment however, it is impossible to make any sort of comment on "value" or price.

I have done my sums...and am happy about my position.

    Cheers!
