why is this stock such a dog

    Can someone please explain to me why OZL is such a dog. Since June it has fallen pretty well 50% and seems to make new lows almost on a daily basis. If its shorting as per the previous excellent posts, then is the price being forced down or do traders seriously believe it is overvalued?
