What is going on?

For ccu to still be in suspension I'm starting to
think that an insto or so called sophisticated
investor is about to be gifted a large amount of shares
at a discount.
I own shares in Neon energy and have just had the sh*t
diluted out of my holdings and then they tell me what
great guys they are because I'll get the opportunity
to buy at the diluted price, well lucky me!
If they need more capital why not go directly to the average punter?
Sorry guys but I have a real bad feeling about this.
As usual, the little guy will be screwed.
