Resource, and plant costs are now both known (broadly).
The only two speculative aspects are:
(1) that the business plan is actually carried out (we assume the plant will be built and that sales will occur, but it's still got to happen), and
(2) the eventual price that RE will be.
I have reasonable confidence in (1) , and future demand squeeze should continue to increase prices (this is the 'blue sky' aspect I like to look for in a share.)
I, too, hold, and am looking for my next entry point.
