I don't regard LYC as a spec. They have the proven reserves. They have the best of only four or five mineable deposits in the world. If they did start mining in June, they are probably only one of two operating mines in the world! (until the Chinese get back on line).
This share is a waiting game, IMO. Nothing speculative.
