Go nothing to do with the numerous times he has inflected him self with foot in mouth.
Has nothing to do the being with the numerous times he caught out being loose with the truth and admitting we can not always believe what he says.
Nothing to do with his ultra conservative views about women, religion and politics
Nothing to do with how with convincing people that the CT & MRRT was going to end the world as we know it and it didn’t happen. Note that it was after the CT & MRRT was introduced that Abbott’s popularity started to take a nose dive.
