You are kidding right? The papers Monday referred to AP decision to roll out lockers! The shareprice jumped 10 % at the open! They couldn't let it continue to trade in the vacuum as it appeared price sensitive information was out, information they themselves may not have been aware of!

I suspect they halted it to find out what was going on, then got the bad news that PB was no longer in the mix!

As for the notion that there was no expectation that they would get the contract read the forums here for the last 6 months! And look at the share price after they announced that they weren't in the mix for AP!
