what's the chances it will be a corporate deal and a major shareholder(s) coming on board and it will be a decent amount. We lack an institution or two on board this one.

Would like to see a couple of big holders willing to see it through. Diluting but this cap raising all over the place has been a disaster, just raise a decent amount that will carry us forward because this lack of money thing is why we have been in the doldrums, everyone waits for the next raising and want it at a discount.

The cash will be used to acquire morte assets and de-risk it a bit as well.
