I have mentioned this before, and i will restate.
You express quite a limited understanding of how companies operate, and how negotiations occur.
Now, it is possible that you know better, but you do not show/express it.
Just in case you actually dont know, I shall explain two basic principles. First, you cannot divulge any contents regarding negotiations. Second, you cannot make claims to have achieved things until they are achieved.
I know this sounds stupidly obvious, however in your case it seems necessary to explain.
Has the time line been pushed out? Yes! It was in the announcements and pretty much everyone read it. Will there be further announcements? Yes! When projects are complete.
