i know it sounds hard to believe, and even cliched, but directors are people too. They have lives where real things happen. And as we all know, life doesn't work the way we always want.

For example i wanted to to wait a few years to sell my house to get a.better price. Guess what, life had a different plan. So i had to sell in the downturn. That's how life works.

Also, there will never be a good time for a director to sell. If they sell when it's high, shareholders will think that means the price is gna go down, coz it "must be at the peak". If they sell when its low, then that "must mean it's gna stay low".

None of these are accurate descriptions of what is happening,. and all interpretations are meaningless. Directors will generally sell according to external circumstances, not to time the market IMO.
