Transfer to Fabrication was to be completed in Q1 2021 - this has been moved back to Q2 2021. So the original date has been missed. It was Fab transfer ready when they said it would be but it hasn't been 'transferred' to fabrication this delay is attributable to COVID-19 so you can't really hold it against them.
I think some confusion comes from being transfer ready and actually transferring to fabrication.
