depend on the time frame but I use CFDs for short time frame getting in and out
but if I want to hold longer period I use cash and buy underlying asset.
Right now I don't usually want to long banks, I just ride the range with CFDs, it be range bound for a while yet, they facing headwinds and no tail wind insight.
I am currently doing both Short/Long it all depending on how much they trade on a given day
