Cant go too much wrong with yesterday price, I load up a bit more yesterday
paid 188c dividend around 6.5% fully franked, let factor in some bad scenario and say paid a 150c dividend
and that is if and only if, that still a good healthy 5% plus franking credit make it gross up 7% - 8% depending on the price you paid
triple government bond rate and that is a compelling risk/reward play
Price can go nowhere for years at this price and you still better off
there are still lot of fats at the banks, if loan grow slow they can cut cost out so dividend looking reasonably safe with Aussie banks
