Few reasons : 1: No major investors on the book for last 2 years . No major instructions buying. Only trading for quick profit . 2: one of the major investors Westpac exit zip two years back.. 3: zip needs to stop dilatation of the share holders value. Still cr is not very much on the card in near future. 4: Directors not buying them selves!! 5: Show me the profit baby!!! Company is not yet profitable 6: forward looking outlooks are positive there but haven't seen on the books. 7: shareholders don't see any returns for last 3 years 8: there are many better shocks on the market .. why would you buy in to zip? 9: many zip believers like me already invested in zip at 5+ prices and praying to exit with minimum loss..
