Hi all, I joined in recently with a small parcel after following CAN for few years. Reading some recent comments and frustration of longer runners about SP and looking at construction site photos, it's a massively new built facility. I understand there are more works needed before it is operational but to me the amount of built assets appear a big win in the current construction climate and in light of shortage of materials and recourses. Does anyone know what is the total construction value, what percentage of the total construction value has been delivered to date? what type of contract, a fixed fee/lump sum or cost plus? Is there a valuation on current built asset knowing they have gone up at least 20% in the past two years and would probably keep rising in the next few years?
