It relates to just one of many conditions and it is one that they had already informed us about, as I had it ticked off in my prospectus.
However, apart from the conditions that need to be met, I think the proposed resource tax will be positive for the takeover in the eyes of the acquirer. Since the operations are overseas, they will not be effected by the tax whereas competing Australian based resources will.
