This is rubbish ... T/O .... it is too quick for a T/O ... my guess is Eddie got margin calls, now he wants to stop the SP from going down so he asked someone to put a T/O offer just for the SP to not go down. This is very cunning of him ... imagine borrowing money to buy more child care centers then saying in the report record profit!!!! There are some dodgy transactions going on with this.... We have all seen it, AFG, RHG, CNP ... even though they seem to be good companies they haven't recovered. It will take time.
