why isn't the share price going up?

Hi all. STX seems to have a loyal and regular following on this forum and from what I've read over many months most of you are fairly bullish on the outlook for STX. You all seem far more educated in these things than I, so I thought I'd ask a simple question.

So, why isn't the share price responding in either price or volume?

Perhaps it's already enjoyed it's good run over the past month or so and is taking a breather until more news is released?

Perhaps it's doing nothing on low volume for the same reason?

Whatever the case it seems that the potential of this stock is large and with cash in bank, good exploration leases and cash in the bank, it seems a no brainer.

Why is there no support?
