One thing holding the price back is the currency hedge
which is still $4.86 million in the red. The last time i spoke to the company an exchange rate of 67c or thereabouts would allow them to terminate the hedge.
If the little ausy battler keeps going up then who knows,the hedge could be gone and i suspect a p/e rerating could occur, although most who follow the stock
and have taken the time to do a bit of research would anticipate a gradual rerating as the dollar climbs. The stock still looks attractive to me at these prices as sooner or later they will have to do something with the increasing cash on their books. I`m looking to hold and looking for inreased dividends over the next 12 months.
