IMO I think people are researching on both companies to see if its worthwhile for investing..

I just bought more VSG Today ehh! I believe in this company! its gonna be big :)

However, the Merger date is set on march so there is a risk for either VSG OR CCE To drop their SP or it could increase and today could just be a bargin! What you really need to consider is if this company has the potential to grow in the Longterm.

I am a Longterm Holder and will keep on investing in this stock when I think the SP is at a reasonable price ;)
