My God they talk a lot of bollocks on this topic! White people have created the most racially-inclusive societies the world has ever known. This "institutionalized racism" they bang on about is entirely mythical. Every western country has affirmative action efforts designed to tilt the playing field and give minority racial groups a hand up. They all have laws prohibiting racial discrimination. Under these conditions, some races do better than whites, and some do worse. The ones who tend to knuckle down and chase their goals seem to go a lot better than the ones who piss & moan about life being unfair. Same as applies to individuals.
