why it hasnt gone up on firb approval

CFE initially said trading halt til monday, might have caught most off guard with the early announcement..however that doesnt explain the amount of selling at this level

or this line in the announcement

"A notice of meeting is currently being prepared, for the purpose of obtaining Cape Lambert shareholder approval of the sale, and will be provided to shareholders in the coming weeks, subject to the successful conclusion of negotiations on the Sale Agreement."

the last part, "subject to the successful conclusion of negotiations on the Sale Agreement" sounds as if the deal is still being negotitated and likely to fall through at any moment
