Good point and I agree - Kelty & Ferguson were very similar in their early days but over time saw that both employers and unions had to work together.
Linsay Fox has used Bill's skills for many years and I cannot recall any industrial action in one of the nations largest transport operators.
Fair work conditions,good employers and common sense = good outcomes!
