Mak they made statement costs were $400k needed to comercialise in todays ann. As it is a joint venture VIL wont be up for all of that maybe 50% not a big call. The unfortunate part of the day is price gapped up too high, even though a positive ann it wasnt positive enough to hold such gains.

Fell back on pretty light volume, I would suspect that tommorrow will be viewed as over sold and a technical move back to maybe just over the .05 area.

Overall was a bit of a dissapointing day however there is plenty of potential for more anns and upgrades
