chuck you have made a lot of assuumptions there that may prove to be right but I will wait to take notice of what the company has to say when it has happened.
If it's as good as you portray then the credit facility is a waste of paper and ink but management must have an incling of doubt to have undertaken the deal in the first place. TAM right next door bailed and I know they are cash strapped but heck if I was them and read your numbers?????
There just might be two sides to this story is all I am saying chuck, just drift over and consider the other one every now and then.
