No I have never said it will rise 100% because of an upgrade its about profit,
projected profit and earnings. Future earnings with US expansion. Simplistic to think it will be rerated that high on upgrade completion. But I am sure the Sp will respond to a successful upgrade. To me its a cascade effect steps 1 successful Completion, 2 profits 3. expansion.
But most important the market wants to see the whole process works!
