i wouldn't get too attached to this end of sept date that many keep mentioning as it only sets things up for disappointment,commisioning if all goes well by oct so no actual hard evidence of not only our process working but just as importantly at the costs predicted until, nov maybe ?or at best i would suggest, a good idea of how we are travelling in the qrtly end of oct
