    ASX200,

I get worried when I read statements such as yours. I think there is a lot more to consider than what your mate has to offer.

The basis of your statement is - They just need to raise a few billion by February by just selling off a few assets at their top value, and then somehow the price will climb to $3.40 0r $4. Then just issue a few more shares at that price and all is OK again. Easy!!

Of course whether anyone would have any faith in the team running the show is not known. The same team that has been at the helm and seen the SP drop from $10 in May to 30 something cents today. What about credibility? Mind you they issued their Sept quarterly report on 7/12/07, which even though it includes an interview with an emminent economist, does not mention the difficulty of raising funds.

I have no idea whether they will survive or not - I just think you have to be very careful and don't assume too much.
    Anything could happen.

    Cheers
