I've never had a sell sentiment, that's also something traders care about. I threw $10k in @ 50 cents and took $10k out @ $1.50, it then went to $2 and I missed some gains, but as of right now, I'm happy with my choices. I have roughly 25 stocks in my portfolio and maybe 10 are free held. It's not a perfect system but it's how I play the game.
