75bps might impress some and give an excuse for exuberance but I cant see that being sustained, inflation is going to continue its upward trajectory for sometime IMO. Eventually a 1929 scenario is what I see, a long term sustained downturn plagued by sever food shortages and other essential industrial and agricultural supplies. Detergent oils used in diesel engines are out of stock, fertilizer already in short supply, seed stock etc. If food supply is interrupted massive civil unrest in the US will just go crazy. All I can say is good luck!
