Both are exceptional assets, but the equation of delivering a mine, with minimal dilution on time.
Upside equation is dividend yield / todays MC.
Dividend yield is maximized when you have a tight register, and a DSO leading pathway that unlocks the larger scale 6% spod conc plant.
From the relative MC today, PMT is approx 6 x that of WR1. But are the dividend yields going to be ?
