What happened next was blowing extra cash on flights for 2 Thai's to sit on there asses with JG & another employee at Digger n' Dealers last year when they should have been cutting costs.

Does she take full responsibility for then delivering plant #1 8 months delayed because Wayne Schillers great leadership was missing ?

Did she not organised the parts on-time because she was sitting in a car dealership ?

Did Jamie not pre-order the parts on time because he was flying to MIAMI, CANADA, DENVER ?

Does she take responsibility by immediately resigning and saving us +$100,000's of wasted directors fees paying her for that decision to fire Wayne Schiller ?

Can you imagine if this culture is not fixed today when we start making profits ? If they party when we are 77c with nothing can you imagine how out of control things will get when we are making hundreds of millions ?

As a consequence of them blowing More money and time at a Crown Casino fun conference this week whilst shareprice is being destroyed, i ask you all to demand the exact date the $500,000 bonus payments were made..... They refuse to answer this question and i believe i know why.

FACTS:

1: The $500,000 Bonus payments if made before mid march 2023 has come out of the disturbing Nucharee 12% loanshark loan / or last of Taurus loan which would be an utter disgrace.. ( disgusting / totally immoral )

2: The $500,000 Bonus payments if made straight after 1st Gold pour has then come from the placement which occurred the following monday and destroyed shareholders value / lives .... ( disgusting / totally immoral )

3: The $500,000 Bonus payment if made within 2 months of 1 st Gold pour, so up to mid May 2023, is the worst of all possibilities.... Because they knew there was a MAJOR PMR refinery problem where they were not processing our Dore and we were going further into financial distress having to pay salaries and receive NO revenue, as Fitzroy reminded us, salaries are still being payed even if no revenue.. And they never told the market about this problem....... So again if $500,000 bonuses were paid up to Mid May 2023 it came out of our placement again, but knowingly whilst there was Major Major issues at PMR refinery....

4: The final option is they paid it to themselves at the very last moment up to 30th June 2023, so between Mid may->30th June, is the last possible window , so if they did this after experiencing all of the above issues that they are ultimately responsible for and then knowing plant #1 was seriously behind schedule is also a very disturbing outcome...

So as you see, each of the 4 options above is a very very disturbing time to be placing your fingers into the cooking jar to sneak out an extra $500,000 cash considering shareholders have been destroyed and received ZERO in 10 years and our company was in financial distress having to sneak millions of dollars in director 12% loanshark loans to survive.. So i think you can understand why they won't respond to shareholders requests for details....

God speed to all of you !! If you can get an answer today, then make sure you post it on HC so all shareholders can be fully informed of what's been going on before the AGM vote in just 3 months time...

Never Forget, all delays are their responsibility, they took $1,162,745 from us last year... & Jamie spent approx 2 months of his time sitting at conferences !
