So what sort of evidence do you want? What would be enough to satisfy you?

You want a videotape of every encounter? The real world doesn't work like that. We both know that to be true.

Now in this particular instance, we really don't know what happened. She said one thing. He said another. And if you were really serious about getting to the bottom of it, you'd stop and say, right. We're going to investigate this. We will use the full power of the FBI to run down every lead, interview every witness/associate/accomplice/ whatever until this matter can be put to rest.

That makes sense doesn't it? And to be fair to Brett Kavanaugh, doesn't he deserve this too? Doesn't he deserve to have this fairly investigated and his name cleared?

It wouldn't even take a month. The FBI have massive resources and experience they're able to bring to bear on a case like this which surely is deserving of it. But no. The White House decided to conduct what was an absolute farce of an "investigation" in which they weren't even allowed to interview the two main players!

And look where we are now. You don't know what happened.

I don't know what happened. Nobody knows because the one agency that has the institutional expertise to investigate this matter were prevented on the express orders of Donald Trump from doing so.

Perhaps you need to ask some questions why.
