It is the complete detachment of BCF's claim from time and space that is the issue. If I claimed @sallywoofs tried to pull down my pants and dry hump me at a party in the 1980s, but I could not remember how I got to the party, where the party was, who's house it was at, when the party occurred, what year it was, or how I got home, then it is not a claim you can refute. A claim like this unfalsefiable - even under oath I could not be convicted for perjury as nothing about it can be proven false. It is also not evidence of any kind.
