On the claims made by CBF there are only three people that could know what happen - CBF, BK and MJ. Two have presented their side under oath and been cross examined and MJ has been interviewed by the FBI. There is nothing more for the FBI to investigate.

Is BK guilty? Nobody other than these three could ever know. The only alleged independent witness (MJ) has said that no such event took place and none of the other people CBF said were at the party remember such a party ever having occurred. BK's calander/diary records no such party as ever taking place.

At this point only God can ever know who is telling the truth, but the limited evidence we do have all points to BK being innocent. No matter if BK is guilty or not, an accusation as weak and unfalsifable as CBF's should never have been used to try and block or delay BK's appointment.

On the topic of BK putting back women's rights it is quite a strange argument to make. Of all the judges Trump could have appointed BK is probably the most mainstream candidate. BK is a traditional Republican that worked for the Bush's - Trump was rather luckwarm on him from the beginning. We will need to see what he does now he appointed, but I don't expect a radical shift to the right on the basis of BK.
