Agreed, but all the judicial ducks need to be in a row before that trigger is pulled.

That is why Justice Kavanaugh is so vital as well as the unprecedented number of lower court judges that are being appointed under President Trump, mostly out of the media spotlight.

I don't go in for the 'military tribunals, they are all off to Gitmo' predictions but I do think that under Obama's terrible government the FBI and DoJ were weaponised as partisan political bodies, much like was done at the IRS.

I believe serious crimes were committed and many senior figures should go to jail as a result. The cases, if they occur, will likely to be of sufficient severity that they would be appealed all the way to the top.

At which point Justice Kavanaugh may well reflect on recent proceedings.
