    It is impossible to prove guilt conclusively, but it is possible to prove innocence if enough time and energy were put into it.

    Let us assume the precise date of the party could be established...this is possible.

    Then:

    If BK could prove he was elsewhere, that would be proof of innocence.

    Or if the whereabouts of CBF could be proven as being elsewhere, that would be proof of innocence.

    Even without firm "date of party", innocence could be confirmed (in addition to the preumption)

    if there are records of conversations with CBF discussing fabrication of the story,

    or if there are conversation of CFB discussing a past assault incident,
    but with someone other than BK,

    or if evidence is uncovered that shows CBF to be a target or subject of brainwashing or psychological manipulation,

    or if CBF is later found to have received financial benefit from related parties (DNC, Soros, FBI, CIA, etc).

    In sum it is much more likely that proof of innocence would develop, than proof of guilt.
