    There is not and never was justification for a criminal investigation.

    So not calling for a ciminal investigation is not "hobbling" a background investigation or an investigation of allegations by Dr. Ford.

    Get it through your head, even if these things had happened, THEY ARE MISDEMEANORS.

    They are on the order of a traffic ticket.
