Epsil, I dont see WPL's lack of taking up the offer as a bad thing really. I think their focus is probably on conserving funds and 'sticking to the knitting' being petroleum and oil at this point. With POO hovering around the $50 mark they dont have the margin to be drilling tough wells let alone investing in alternate energy techs that dont use oil?
Whats WPL's natural gas reserves, do they deal in natural gas in the northern hemishpere?
