    The problem with Faisal's statement is.. yes he's not a marketer so we're not "paying" him to market us.

    The problem is... he is marketing every other company out there though...and by him not even mentioning us seems like he has no confidence in our product/solution.

    He can still disclose that he is a director and then mention it.. no conflict of interest there.
