I think you may be referring to the Witenberg joint venture, the Wedd case I was referring to has nothing to do with DigitalX it is surrounding a multimillion dollar mobile text messaging scheme. Although the Wedd case includes a person that was previously involved with DigitalX.

It is the outcome off this case that has resulted in me still standing on the sidelines in terms of investing, because although it doesn't involve DigitalX I believe potential negative press surrounding some individuals involved may indirectly have an impact on share price, as it previously has in the past.
