    So it is my understanding as per recent announcement to the ASX that the Company and the Noteholder may agree to the Conversion Price being adjusted from the initially agreed price of 0.05c to an equal price at which the Issuer next raises capital for example 0.02c.


    Based on that I would assume we may soon receive notification of a CR, and the Noteholders not only get a reduced conversion price from 0.05c to 0.02c for example, but is also secured by all assets of the company.

    What a fantastic deal!
