Why lack of interest.

Could some well informed posters explain why there is so little interest in this company.
First new mine in England in decades.
World class proven major resource.
Strong corner stone shareholders.
Well funded financial base.
Construction near complete ,on time and to budget.
Off take agreements in place.
All resource consents granted and very strong local community support;
bearing in mind the area has a centuries old history in mining.

Considering how few new ventures meet all this criteria (apologies to Cudeco)
I would be very interested in HC posters comments
