    Yes, I agree with you here. For the recent Whitfield dividend it is best to get off the BSP (same as DSSP) and head to the DRP to make full use of the capital gains discount as it is substantial. I didn't go into all of that with my original reply as I didn't want to confuse everyone! Pumped that you went through it after me. Bottom line is that both the DSSP (Whitfield BSP) and DRP are great options. You just have to choose the one that suits your tax bracket, current and future income plans and also keep an eye out for those fantastic CGT discounts that can and do occasionally get passed on!

    All in all, this has been a great thread. Really informative for people reading it! Well done team!
