Yep we are on the same page. Probably should have left the T off CGT as was meaning you avoid the capital gain the coy made from being passed on to you under the DSSP/BSP. But yes it may be preferable to switch to DRP for the discount depending on your circumstances.
Its a very efficient tax structure with the CGT discount concessions still being passed through which is normally the benefit of a trust over coy structure.
