If you do, you'll discover why JAT's latest Deal is a Dud. Consider this:
* JAT via its equity in Green Forest DOES NOT OWN ANY BRANDS. e.g. Swisse, Blackmores, A2M, Bellamy's et al.
*JAT via its equity in Green Forest DOES NOTOWN ANY TANGIBLE ASSETS. i.e. they are own by A2M, Blackmores etc.
* Because of above, JAT via Green Forest is exactly in the BUSINESS WRONG STRATEGIC SPACE. i.e. it has marketing rights-at the whim of their owners-which as seen with Bellamy's until its change of strategy was highly precarious.
* JAT's purchase price doesn't make any sense. See Other Post/Posters.
